There are various tickets available to help you choose your best way to travel to the Airport:
Train & Bus Ticket - allowing travel by train from any station in Scotland to Inverkeithing Station followed by travel on the airdirect747 bus to the airport. Find out more below.
Bus Tickets - you can simply pay a cash fare to the bus drivers of any buses you use, including the airdirect747 bus. Or, buy a Through Ticket, a Megarider Ticket or a One-Ticket allowing travel on bus services to Inverkeithing or Ferrytoll followed by travel on the airdirect747 bus to the airport. Train Tickets - you can simply pay a cash fare for your train journey or take advantage of the many train tickets and deals available. You would still need to buy a separate airdirect747 bus ticket if you buy a separate train ticket. Find out more below.
Buy a Through Ticket for your whole journey, from any railway station to the airport, using the train to Inverkeithing and easy connection with the airdirect747 bus.

Buy your ticket from any staffed railway station or on-board trains (where a station is unstaffed). Ask for a 'Through Ticket to Edinburgh Airport via Inverkeithing' and make sure your ticket shows 'EDINB AIR 747 BUS,' as there are other train/bus tickets available via other stations. Bus tickets for airdirect747 can simply be bought from the bus driver when you board the bus. You can travel to/from any bus stop between Inverkeithing Station, Ferrytoll and the Forth Road Bridge (north end) to/from the Airport for the following fares :

Scottish National Concession cards are accepted on airdirect747.
The Ferrytoll Family Ticket is not valid on airdirect747.
If you are travelling by bus to Ferrytoll Park & Ride before travelling on airdirect747 to Edinburgh Airport, you can purchase one ticket for the whole journey. Singles and Period Returns (valid for 28 days) are available. Contact Stagecoach in Fife (see our links page) for the through fare for your journey for all bus services (except X2 & M90).
